All your orders will be directly shipped from Chennai, India. We send all shipments via premium logistic providers in India. The default mode of transportation is via air to ensure speed and safety. Shipping rates are calculated during checkout phase based on the number of products and the combined weight of products in an order.

Generally we will dispatch your order on the same day, if the order is received before 5pm IST. If this is not the case then it will be dispatched on the next working day. Once dispatched, all deliveries will be usually completed within 1 to 3 working days. But it may take up to 7 working days depending on the accessibility of your location. You will be updated about the progress of your order through email or any other communication channel we may choose to. You may be provided with a tracking number of the shipment, if the logistics provider is having such a facility for your locality.

We ship products in sealed containers, with the underlying sealed packing provided by the manufacturer kept intact or in rare cases in our own sealed container if the manufacturer packing is not available in certain products. You are requested not to accept any shipment if the packing is found to be defective or opened. You are requested to contact our customer service and you will be provided with a replacement after verification.

All items purchased through Shopon are new and would be covered by the respective manufacturer's warranty, unless otherwise stated explicitly for that product. Shopon takes utmost care in showcasing only products from trusted brands and manufacturers. If any of the items purchased from Shopon is found to be defective within the manufacturers guarantee period, you are requested to contact the manufacturer directly for repair or replacement of the product. You may email our customer care and we would be glad to provide you the respective manufacturer's service center near your locality.

However if you find that the products are not matching what you have ordered from us, or if it came in a defective condition during the arrival itself, you are entitled for a replacement or full refund (Shopon reserves the right to choose) of the product directly from Shopon. In any such case you are requested to contact the customer care within 2 business days and provide the exact details. Once verified, the customer service will request our logistic partner to pick the shipment back from you or in rare cases you may be requested to send back the entire shipment with the copy of the order back to us directly (the shipping cost would be refunded after verification). After verifying the genuinity of the claim we would provide you with a complete refund (including the shipping charges encountered by you) or replacement of the item(s).
